Job Description

We are looking for a Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive growth in our commercial deposit and treasury management portfolio. This role will identify opportunities develop client relationships and deliver effective solutions playing a key role in supporting the banks mission to deliver innovative financial solutions and exceptional service to clients across a diverse geographic footprint.

Job Details:
- Proactively source new TM clients and deepen relations with existing clients
- Recommend appropriate cash management payment and fraud prevention solutions
- Present and explain TM products to clients and prospects
- Manage Fortifi Banks TM systems and online banking platforms
- Conduct outreach and sales efforts across all bank locations
- Collaborate with frontline and back office teams to coordinate sales efforts & ensure seamless onboarding for new TM clients
- Educate clients and internal teams on TM products features benefits and best practices
- Track and report sales activities and revenue growth
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and security protocols

Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in financial sales or services
- Associate or Bachelors degree in finance or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of TM products and services preferred
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to all branch locations
- Commitment to maintain confidentiality & ethical standards
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to successfully complete background and credit check
