Job Summary
Leasing Specialist Towson Town Place (Towson MD)
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a professional friendly and energetic individual with strong sales and customer service experience to join our leasing team at Towson Town Place located in the Towson area of Baltimore County.
As a Leasing Specialist youll play a key role in creating a welcoming community for our residents and prospects. Were looking for someone who is organized detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service. Leasing and Entrata experience is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly rate starting at $19.00/hr. (based on experience)
Commission and bonus opportunities
Full-time schedule: MondayFriday and some Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents conduct tours and explain leasing options
Track and record phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports
Guide applicants through the application process and collect supporting documentation
Maintain accurate vacancy and leasing reports; ensure apartments are ready for move-in
Support resident retention by assisting with community events and outreach programs
Monitor competitor properties and specials quarterly
Provide administrative support including correspondence filing and updating records
Assist with marketing efforts resident outreach and vendor communication
Support property management staff with daily operations and reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Proficiency with PCs and ability to learn new software systems
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred
