This position is for McPEC Marine & Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd a company under Kuok GroupSingapore.

Working Location: We will be relocating to 5 Jalan Samulun in November 2025 (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)


This role isfor Onshore and Offshore Modules business related to module construction including but not limited to marketing initiatives commercial enquiry review / follow-up project management / execution and any other related tasks that is deemed relevant and necessary.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the marketing initiatives of module business and operations

  • Manage the module fabrication estimation and tendering teams to:

    -Ensure customer enquiries tenders and/ or RFQs are compiled and follow through according to customers specifications and requirements.

    -Interpret the technical specifications/ requirements/ engineering drawings and prepare commercial proposal/ bid for submission through coordination with various stakeholder in the Shipyard.

    -Coordinate and compile Pre-qualifications and clarifications between customer and Company.

    -Monitor and ensure various deadlines by customer are strictly adhered to.

  • Support Project Management during project execution on cost estimate of variation orders and billing to customer.

  • Maintain and cultivate good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers through regular communication.

  • Comply with Companys HSE and Quality policies through participation in safety and quality initiatives.

  • Work with assigned Project Planner and Project Manager to plan generate and maintain construction schedule of assigned projects.

  • Focal point for all communication with customer and internal project team.

  • Gather and analyse market information from different sources to complement business forecast.

Job requirements

  • Diploma orDegree in Business or Engineering field

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant industry experience including a minimum of 5 years in commercial roles and in addition preferably with experience in module construction and project management.

  • Able to read interpret and prepare applicable technical / commercial information including proposal Engineering Drawings and suggest process changes to ensure functional and cost-effective results.

  • Possess commercial acumen

  • Has determination and initiatives to independently communicate and gather information to facilitate decision making.

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and interface with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Able to travel internationally for project needs and short-term assignments.

  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly across boundaries and international cultures.
