Valet Attendant - Part-Time

At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a friendly and reliable Valet Attendant to join our this role you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their vehicles luggage and offering local information to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.

What Youll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Safely park guests vehicles in designated areas ensuring security and proper positioning.
• Retrieve guests vehicles promptly upon request ensuring minimal wait times.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles including ticketing and documenting any damages or special instructions.
• Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and transportation options to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area.
• Assist with luggage loading/unloading as needed.
• Follow safety protocols traffic laws and hotel procedures when handling vehicles.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand walk run and lift for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
