As a Client Trainer youwill be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning plans for our clients ensuring a premier training experience. This role will involveplanning and coordinating all necessary technology entitlement and systemic requirements to meet the unique needs of each client. you will facilitate virtual one-on-one client training sessions for newly on boarded clients and existing clients who will require customized session to learn multiple products and view their actual company files and data.
Additionally you will conduct webinar trainings which will be live facilitator-led web conferences attended by multiple clients. Training delivery methods will primarily be conducted via Zoom with an expectation of facilitating approximately 5-6 one-hour sessions per day. Your expertise will ensure that clients received comprehensive and effective training enhancing their understanding and utilization of our products and services.
