What youll do:

  • Develop and maintain monthly reporting to support in-depth analyses and deliver actionable data-driven insights

  • Create and execute new analyses based on rigorous actuarial methodologies

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Street Pricing and Data Science to determine shared assumptions and improve Technical Pricing models

  • Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

  • Train and coach junior staff on the fundamentals and technical aspects as well as best practices around process management

  • Be actively involved in the actuarial community at Aviva

What youll bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science Math or Statistics or other related subjects

  • Minimum of 5 CAS exams

  • Minimum 3 years of P&C work experience

  • Strong proficiency in Excel including VBA as well as Python and SAS is required

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience building dashboards in Qlik Sense

  • Demonstrated experience in designing databases developing dashboards and transforming data is essential

  • Actuarial curiosity to learn and explore new solutions

  • Strong mathematical and statistical background

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Working language: English
