- Operate the asphalt plant safely and efficiently
- Utilize computer skills to manage plant operations effectively
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and ensure smooth functionality
- Monitor operations to maintain consistent production complete daily checks and keep accurate plant logs
- Comply with and uphold Ledcors Health & Safety programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing or operating an asphalt plant
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing is mandatory
- A valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract are required
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices in daily work activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mechanical aptitude is a strong asset
Work Conditions:
- This is a field-based position from May to November 2025
- Flexibility to work on projects throughout Alberta is required
- Shift rotations involve 1014-hour workdays including nights and overtime
- A living-out allowance of $135 per day is provided
- Preference is given to candidates with an RV or trailer as a camp area with hookups is provided
