Job Summary

Introduction

Protech is seeking a driven and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Mining and Maintenance team based from either our Mackay or Eight Mile Plains office.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients and making accurate safe and methodical recruitment decisions to deliver on Quality People. Every Time. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality care and consistency matters. From sourcing and screening to placement and candidate care you will play a key role in connecting great work with great people while upholding Protechs high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare write and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
Source and identify suitable candidates using online platforms and proactive talentstrategies.
Conduct high-volume screening interviews reference checks and coordinate interview confirmations with clients.
Build and maintain candidate pools through ongoing market research and engagement.
Review candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with role and client requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Deliver high-quality candidate care ensuring a smooth professionaland timely experience throughout the recruitment process.

A proactive mindset. You anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to solve them.
