Internship Overview
This fall were looking for an Operations Intern who is not here to observe; whos here to contribute collaborate and create. This internship is for academic credit only and will run from September 2025-December 2025.
Were on the lookout for students:
- graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelors or Masters degree in business economics data science computer science information technology or related field
- with a strong career interest in company operations
- who are organized and detail-oriented with a take-ownership attitude
- possessing strong analytical and interpretation skills that study evaluate given data and extract relevant information
- who enjoy interacting with people and have a track record of working successfully in a team-based environment
- wanting an exciting internship opportunity for school credit with potential for future full-time employment
Specific Responsibilities
The Operations Intern will shadow our operations team and provide support in areas where they most need it. These areas vary and may include:
- Provide operational support to the Business Transformation Business Operations and Project Management teams
- Contribute to agency-wide transformation efforts that support scalability efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
- Assisting the operations group with ad-hoc data clean-up projects
- Assistance in generating reports for various stakeholders
- Intermediate Excel experience required and database experience a plus
