If youre passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our communities join the Loyola team as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide advanced care in our inpatient setting with a focus on Abdominal Transplant and become Loyola Strong!
The APP will provide acute inpatient care for transplant patients collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and high quality patient position is an expansion of our existing transplant team.
What youll do:
Independently and collaboratively manage patient care alongside physicians and healthcare teams.
Conduct comprehensive assessments diagnose emergent issues and design/evaluate treatment plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds and oversee patient care from pre-op to hospital discharge.
Educate patients and families on transplant care and healthcare decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Schedule & Coverage:
Rotating12-hour shifts(days/nights) covering a365-day/24-hour schedule. If you are looking for night shift we can accommodate
Holiday and evening shifts rotate

What youll need for this job:
- CPR Basic Life Support
- ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- Nursing Current Registered Nurse License - State of Illinois (RN)
- Nursing Nursing Practitioner License State of Illinois (APN)
- Physician Assistant License State of Illinois (PA)
Pay Range: $109304 - $180336 per year
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
