Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Some after-hours on-call required
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the maintenance and management team at Towson Town Place. This role plays a key part in enhancing the resident experience by managing service requests apartment turnovers and resident communication.
Youll work closely with the Service Manager and focus heavily on:
Scheduling
Data entry
Organization
Resident follow-up
$22/hour

Manage prioritize and schedule maintenance requests and emergencies
Coordinate apartment turnovers and contractor scheduling
Collaborate with the Service Manager to assign and track work orders
Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate service records
Communicate clearly with residents about maintenance updates and unit access
Conduct pre-move-out inspections and assess turnover needs
Follow up with vendors and assist with invoice approvals
Keep the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager informed of service progress
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Quick learner with tech tools (iPads software Microsoft Office)
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to scheduling and follow-up
Professional demeanor aligned with WPMs core values
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years of administrative or customer service experience
Property management experience is a plus
