- The Early Learning Manager will play a key role in leading a team of specialists who will implement the state required academies. This manager will also serve as a special projects leader within the Early Learning Instructional Strategy team.
- Manage and coach an assigned team of Early Learning Specialists to supportimplementation of state required academies district curriculum assessments and instructional practices
- Ensure HB3 requirements are implemented with fidelity and in full compliance of the program
- Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to program standards.
- Collaborate across other teams in Early Learning as well as Academic Services and School Leadership to facilitate program implementation
- Monitor and ensure coaching touchpoints are completed
- Stay abreast on latest developments research and best practices in accordance TEA guidelines.
- Directly manage and lead special projects in Early Learning.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
