In this role you will not only be working from our Brussels office but also travel abroad to meet clients and candidates face-to-face because building strong international relationships is at the heart of the position.
Your missions
- Attend client meetings to understand their needs and identify the ideal profile.
- Develop a sourcing strategy to find the appropriate candidates using various channels and methods (mostly through phone calls and face-to-face meetings).
- Contact and interview candidates to ensure a match with your clients expectations.
- Lead interviews whether virtual in-person or over coffee or lunch.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z: coach candidates take references manage salary expectations and negotiate offers.
- Grow your own professional network by attending international events seminars job fairs and afterwork gatherings.
- Stay ahead of the curve: monitor market trends map out your sector and keep a pulse on the insurance industry.

Profile
Wed love to hear from you if :
- You have outstanding communication skills (spoken and written).
- You speak French and English fluently.
- You genuinely enjoy meeting new people being social and building your own network.
- Selling negotiating and closing deals energize you you see them as fun challenges.
- Youre intellectually curious and like to really understand what you are talking about (in this case the world of insurance and financial services.)
- Youre adaptable multitasking comes naturally to you and resilience is one of your strengths.
- You thrive under pressure and feel comfortable navigating a fast-paced ever-evolving environment.
- You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Communication Foreign Languages HR Economics Marketing or a related field.
