Job Responsibilities:
- Attend client project briefings together with project managers
- Independently complete the project plan under the guidance of research guidelines
- Independently translate project questionnaires
- Independently design questionnaires for small and medium-sized projects
- Be responsible for project training
- Participate in interviewer training pilot interviews and accompanying interviews
- Undertake pre - preparation work for project operation and implementation including: opening project accounts filling in and summarizing budget forms applying for record numbers to prepare internal plans and preparing project guidelines after training
- Be responsible for the quality control of project operation
- Be responsible for checking the accuracy of data reports
- Check the report charts prepared by researchers and independently prepare reports
- Independently formulate coding tables and check quality control reports
- Prepare the headers of data reports
- Conduct data analysis and write key findings
- Be responsible for guiding new researchers to get familiar with and adapt to the working environment
