JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: Vocational Services SpecialistREPORTS TO: Employment & Transition Services CoordinatorQUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree or Higher & Appropriate State of Ohio Licensure and/or CertificateEMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part Time ( 135 Day Contract)SUPERVISES: Transitional Youth and Adults with DisabilitiesGENERAL DESCRIPTION: Job Coach/JobDevelopment/Career Based Assessments/Job Seeking Skills Training (OOD)FLSA STATUS: ExemptESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete and organize OOD documentation maintain accurate records Provide services for individuals on caseload complete reports in specified timeframe Assist in developing programming for job training/career exploration/job development Job Coach/Transport during Summer Youth Program (June - August) Complete Intakes for OOD; attend Parent/Guardian meetings Assist consumers in the job development process. Complete pre-vocational services with individual or small groups in school setting or virtual setting Travel to meet with clients or provide services within Columbiana and Mahoning counties Consult with multi-agency personnel as required Assist in job coach training and forms training as assigned Professional development/meetings as required Other duties as assignedSUBMIT APPLICATION TO: Kitty Kromer at or mail to:Kitty KromerColumbiana County ESC38720 Saltwell OH 44432 ext. 55184
