Your Opportunity:
Join CSLs Finance team in Tokyo as a Senior Analyst Accounting this key role you will support global accounting operations with a focus on cash management tax support intercompany transactions and asset processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic collaborative environment within a global pharmaceutical company.
Your Role:
As a Senior Analyst you will:
- Manage daily cash transactions and reconciliations in SAP.
- Support local tax filings and prepare related documentation.
- Handle intercompany transactions invoicing and reconciliations.
- Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting.
- Oversee AP/AR processes including vendor and customer data management.
- Contribute to month-end closings and financial reporting.
- Support budgeting forecasting audits and process improvements.
Your experience:
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance ideally in a global or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Effective communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to manage priorities meet deadlines and work cross-functionally.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (COEs).
- Experience collaborating with finance teams auditors and business partners.
