Hitachi Energys Grid Integration business unit has delivered more than 4000 projects over the last 15 years. Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact.

We incorporate the integrated systems solutions and services of our business DC and AC fields including HVDC Substations FACTS Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system such as renewables transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.

How youll make an impact

• You will be leading the project team with clear guidelines tasks and milestones while motivating and providing feedback.

• You will define jointly with the Project Controls department all project plan documents including scope and financial plans schedule and risk management plans.

• You will ensure that the project follows execution best practices and Hitachi energy policies effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.

• You will monitor and controls project financials overseeing project invoicing status cost expenses and cash flow. Identifies qualifies quantifies and manages project risks and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.

• You will capture analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the project ensure that the project is formally closed out as contractually agreed drives the formal acceptance of the project contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.

• You will ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements.

• You will coordinate with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations claims and project changes.

• You will act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the small to medium size domestic and international projects.

• Proficiency in English Mandarin languages.
