Role Overview
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from processing sales orders to interfacing with key stakeholders to manage their orders. This person will provide exceptional service to customers by responding effectively to customer requests and show a deep understanding of the customers needs. This role will report into the National Customer Service Manager frequently. Daily this position will carry out customer service activities such as call handling sales & service order entry communication with subcontractors and invoicing.
This role will contribute significantly to the organisations presence in Adelaide and Australia as a whole. It offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their Customer Service skills and progress to the next level.
