Job Description

Looking for a Skilled Electrical Engineer with an extensive background in Designing Electrical Power Systems for Military Marine and or Power Distribution Industries.

This work will be 100% On-site with little to no remote capabilities for at least the first 3 Months on the job.

Work Authorization: Due to the Rules and Regulations of the US Government and our clients requirements candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship



Requirements

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
    • 5 years of experience in a Professional Engineering Environment.
    • Proven ability to take a concept from a minimal sketch to a realized system.
    • Experience with motion control systems and/or LV power systems
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential.

Skills

    • Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and a familiarity in tracking deliverables developing schedules and tracking spending.
    • Knowledge of Simulink or a strong willingness to learn is required.
    • Electronic systems and instrumentation would be helpful
    • Experience working on Power Distribution systems in the Cleared Space or Marine environment would be a Bonus
    • Experience working with external vendors including developing specifications managing progress and reviewing deliverables (both hardware and written docs).
$100000 - $120000 a year
