Work Hours (Shift) 1st 2nd and 3rd shift Hours vary per project MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL

Starting Pay and Travel Coverage Depends on Experience $28 to $44 per hour. Travel and lodging paid in full plus $60 a day per diem!

Required Education High School Diploma or GED in a skilled trade is preferred

Required Experience 5 plus years of experience in commercial carpentry

Responsibilities

-Oversee construction projects subcontractors carpenters and collaborating with engineers to determine the projects needs as well as supervise and assign tasks to carpenters

-Must be able to self-perform rough and finish carpentry as needed per project as well as interpret and implement blueprints to ensure project success

-Order materials and equipment for the project in coordination with the procurement department and coordinate with suppliers to also receive materials

-Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes and make sure the jobsite remains safe clean and orderly

Qualifications

-5 plus years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role

-Must be willing to travel (in and out of Wisconsin)

-Must have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work in fast-paced environment

-Not afraid to get your hands dirty/be able to perform general labor
