Our on-premises and cloud-based platforms and managed services enable organizations to simplifyHR processes ensure compliance and focus on strategic people management. We are seeking a Global Senior Business Controller to strengthen our finance function and support the performance of key business areas globally.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the global financial performance of the Managed Services segment aligning closely with operational sales and delivery leadership and in close cooperation with regional Finance Managers
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis and business reviews for global customers
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking tools to enhance business insight and performance monitoring
- Evaluate business cases analyze customer profitability and review underlying cost structures to support strategic decision-making.
- Initiate and execute transformation initiatives and digital projects within F&A across the Group

Experience and education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related discipline
- 4-10 years of experience in controlling financial analysis or a similar finance role
- Fluent in Norwegian and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Solid understanding of financial principles budgeting and reporting processes
- Proficient in Excel and financial tools such as SAP Power BI Hyperion or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at senior levels.
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on execution and delivering outcomes
