Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Surgery is recruiting for a Surgery Quality & Compliance (Q&C) Innovation Productivity Sr. Manager located in Raritan NJ or Cincinnati OH.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Surgery Q&C Innovation Productivity within the J&J MedTech Surgery Q&C team. This role is critical in driving efficiency and acceleration across our Surgery Product Platforms processes within a complex matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced technologies including artificial intelligence to identify and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and deconstruct current product development lifecycle maintenance processes and E2E areas to pinpoint opportunities for enhanced efficiency and speed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to assess existing workflows identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies leveraging emerging technologies to streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI tools to drive insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing processes that impact product development and lifecycle maintenance
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation acceleration by sharing best practices and methodologies across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential applications in the NPI LCM and E2E space for Surgery.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership on progress outcomes and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA MS etc.) preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement roles particularly within R&D supply chain or program management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data analytics and AI technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across departments and with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively.

Other:

  • Up to 25% domestic & international travel may be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$120000-$207000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
