About the job:

The Customer Service Representative Team Lead is responsible for identifying and updating key performance indicators (KPIs) that support business strategy for the Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH) Team. This is an on-site position within Kenosha WI.

As part of the role you will:

Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & work instructions.
Support the HFH Team in the use & application of HFH Tools including ONE4AL MOVEX ERP software Advanced Configuration Tools (ACT) E-Commerce Site for configuration used in distribution Anytime (E-commerce site for configuration) and EAOnline.
Research invoice disputes with Accounts Receivables Accounts Payable and Suppliers & Customers.

What you know:

You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and:

2 or more years of experience in logistics management for heavy machinery service
2 or more years of experience in each of the following skills and applications: 1) Managing order processes using One4AL; 2) Application of OneCRM Tool & quote follow up; 3) Supplier management at all levels of supply chain; 4) Invoice management with cross-functional teams; 5) experience within fluid heat transfer industry or equipment.
Must be able to travel 5-10%
