Overview

What Youll Do

Support RFQs bid tabs and PO creation for common electrical commodities (pipe wire conduit gear lighting power distribution).

Maintain procurement logs delivery schedules and submittal status; update trackers and reports.

Coordinate with suppliers on lead times releases and expediting; assist with discrepancies and returns.

Partner with PMs/field teams to align deliveries with install sequences; escalate risks early.

Learn plan/spec reading material takeoffs and job-cost alignment under mentorship.

Requirements

02 years in construction distribution or an electrical apprenticeship (trainable candidates encouraged to apply).

Clear communication strong follow-through and spreadsheet/ERP comfort.

Curiosity ownership and the drive to learn fast in a process-rich environment.

In-office presence in South Hill VA; team-oriented with long-term growth ambitions.
