We are looking for a talented FP&A Manager to work with leadership and partner with all areas of the business to support the growth and profitability of our business in a complex eCommerce environment. This position requires someone with very high personal and professional values excellent judgment and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time role based in London U.K. reporting to the Finance Director for Europe and MENA.
What is a day in the life of an FP&A Manager
- Manage financial processes including: operating plan financial forecasting month end performance planning and board reporting
- Long-range plan modelling and processes
- Assisting with managing of all finance processes across Income Statement Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
- Continuous improvement on forecast accuracy OKRs and key reporting metrics
What will I need to thrive in this role
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or other related field
- 3 years of experience of relevant financial experience including experience in FP&A
- Excellent proficiency in corporate finance concepts
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ask curious questions give thoughtful responses and always be willing to help out no matter the size of the task.
- Be action the initiative to execute or contribute at all opportunities
- Proactive identification of potential issues and their resolution.
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
