CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY: FSEAP Affiliate Workshop Facilitator (CONTRACTOR) Affiliate Workshop Facilitator Competition #51-25 About The Role Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP) is seeking experienced contract facilitators to deliver high-quality evidence-informed workshops on a variety of mental health and wellness topics to our diverse client organizations. As part of our EAP services you will engage employee groups on topics that promote mental health workplace wellness and psychological resilience. What youll do: - Deliver engaging workshops on a variety of topics including workplace mental health stress management burnout vicarious trauma and conflict resolution.
- Adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse audiences across various sectors.
- Create a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with FSEAPs internal team to ensure workshop content is aligned with our organizational goals and values.
This role is for you if you have: - Strong interest in mental health and wellness topics.

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences education health sciences psychology counselling).
- Professional Registration is preferred; however another designation/certification would be considered as well.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in mental health counselling adult learning teaching or workplace-based wellness.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in workshop facilitation and/or development ideally in mental health human services or wellness settings.
Knowledge Skills Abilities - Exceptional facilitation interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative professional approach adopting group adult learning principles.
- Experienced in incorporating anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices into facilitation and the ability to create psychologically safe and inclusive spaces for diverse participants.
- Technically proficient in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint and other graphic platforms and comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops using platforms like Zoom or MS Teams.
- Highly organized and reliable with timely recordkeeping and paperwork submission and committed to confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with EAP best practices.
- Responsive to scheduling requests with the ability to accommodate time-sensitive bookings.
Additional Requirements - Professional Liability Insurance is required; however if you do not currently carry it this must be obtained at your cost upon hiring with a minimum coverage of $per occurrence and $aggregate.
