CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY: FSEAP Affiliate Workshop Facilitator (CONTRACTOR)

About The Role
Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP) is seeking experienced contract facilitators to deliver high-quality evidence-informed workshops on a variety of mental health and wellness topics to our diverse client organizations. As part of our EAP services you will engage employee groups on topics that promote mental health workplace wellness and psychological resilience.
What youll do:
  • Deliver engaging workshops on a variety of topics including workplace mental health stress management burnout vicarious trauma and conflict resolution.
  • Adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse audiences across various sectors.
  • Create a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment for all participants.
  • Collaborate with FSEAPs internal team to ensure workshop content is aligned with our organizational goals and values.
This role is for you if you have:
  • Strong interest in mental health and wellness topics.
  • A passion for education and group facilitation.
  • The ability to engage audiences and make complex topics accessible and practical.
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: Starting at $60-70/hr
Location: Remote and/or on-site delivery (as required)
