$5000 Signing Bonus

Hourly Rate of $50 - $55 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan. Hourly rate annualizes to $104000 - $115000 plus bonuses

Position Qualifications:

Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR local certified anesthesia
