Lead global training & support projects and promote best-practice sharing and continuous learning.
Work with HR and other Corp. functions to align and coordinate the SF training concept globally.
Develop a global training portfolio and maintain a standardized training library.
Support the global & regional Seafreight management with training initiatives and rollout support.
Identify and address skill gaps within Air/Sea operations.
Develop and implement a global support concept recognizing relevant Service Level Agreements.
Global escalation point for business support and issue resolution.
You have expertise in Seafreight operational processes.
You are familiar with continuous improvement methodologies.
You have strong training skills.
You can effectively analyze data.
You are capable to make informed decisions and generate practical timely solutions.
You understand and evaluate Seafreight P&L at country and regional levels.
You have a deep understanding of Seafreight drivers for productivity.
