We are seeking a reliable professional and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for employees vendors and visitors this role plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized workplace environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication multitasking and organizational skills along with a proactive attitude.

Requirements:
Prior experience in a front desk administrative or customer service role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Proficiency with standard office equipment including badge printers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts for events or game days.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time: 32 hours per week
Typical Hours: Monday to Friday (exact schedule to be determined)
Weekend Availability: Some weekend days required especially during special events or game days.
