Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing our customers daily volumes.
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
- Dealing externally with our customer ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team youwill possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.A working knowledge ofIT systemsand Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.

To date the company employs 3000 personnel across 40 sites including a network of strategic rail freight terminals with a cutting-edge fleet of 1300 Euro-6 trucks and over 50 container handlers servicing a number of trains daily.
