Bell Ford is Hiring: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bell Ford 2401 W Bell Rd Phoenix AZ 85023
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Full-time
Bell Ford is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our warehouse team as Fulfillment Associates. If youre a hard worker with attention to detail and a strong work ethic we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Physically pull and pack orders to meet quality standards
- Verify order accuracy and mark boxes/pallets for route and stop
- Rebox products as needed and wrap pallets by hand to ensure stability
- Restock inventory and safely put products away
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Communicate stock needs discrepancies and challenges to supervisors
- Assist with annual inventory as required
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift carry and move up to 25 lbs overhead
- Must be able to stand walk and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Must be able to work in warehouse conditions during the summer months which may include exposure to heat despite the use of swamp coolers

- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Previous warehouse or automotive experience is a plus but not required

Pre-Hire Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License with satisfactory driving record
- Successful background check and drug screening (Note: THC is excluded from screening)
