GMP Production Supervisor

Are you driven by excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing and passionate about upholding the highest standards of GMP compliance Were looking for a proactive and experiencedGMP Production Supervisorto lead our manufacturing team ensuring efficient timely and compliant execution of clinical production activities. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our development projects and batch manufacturing operations.
This is a shift-based role. Alternating one week of earlies and one week of lates. Monday to Friday 6am 2pm & Monday to Thursday 1.30pm 10pm and Friday 1.30pm 7.30pm.
The Role:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations within the GMP Production area ensuring adherence to the companys Quality Management System and SOPs.
Schedule and oversee operator workloads for short to medium-term planning.
Ensure Right First-Time execution of manufacturing operations for development projects and clinical batches.
Supervise GMP manufacturing and cleaning activities across a range of dosage forms including solids semi-solids solutions suspensions ointments and creams.
Conduct batch sampling and ensure accurate timely documentation in line with GMP standards.
Perform daily compliance checks on batch documentation equipment and facility logbooks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Validation QA Analytical Services Engineering and Project Management to support GMP operations.
Support internal audits deviation investigations and CAPA management.
Ensure staff training is up-to-date and appropriately documented.
Oversee GMP room clean-downs and cleaning verification activities.
Work with Facilities and Engineering teams to ensure timely maintenance and introduction of new equipment.
The Candidate:
Strong leadership and team management skills and proven previous experience of working at a supervisory level.
Proven experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Excellent understanding of cGMP standards and documentation practices.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
