Job Description

Shipyard Scope (Singapore/Dubai):

This shipyard project is to support a jackup and which covers critical inspections repairs and upgrades across drilling marine lifting and safety-critical systems. Work includes BOP/Well Control assessments Amphion drilling controls electrical/mechanical surveys and OEM inspections. To execute this safely and efficiently we require dedicated leadership drilling oversight with the appropriate technical expertise.

This will be on a rotational position - 28/28. The scope of work will be based in Singapore up to November 2025 and then Dubai through to QTR4 2026.

We are now looking for Barge Engineers with extensive expertise in marine and stability management of offshore jack-up rigs. Specialized in:
  • Stability calculations and ballasting operations including preload leg penetration and jacking.
  • Mooring and towing preparations for rig moves load-outs and dry transport on HLVs.
  • Marine systems operation and maintenance (ballast bilge thrusters jacking gear pumps and associated hydraulics).
  • Regulatory compliance with class flag state and port authority requirements.
  • Emergency response coordination for marine operations.
  • Training and transfer of knowledge on marine control systems and operational best practices.
