LOCATION: REGENT CENTRE KIRKINTILLOCH

WORKING HOURS: 23.75 hours per week Thursday to Saturday

PAY RATE: 12.55 PER HOUR

Job Objective & Responsibilities:

We are looking to appoint a proactive Security Officer with customer service at the forefront of all they do to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers and team. SIA DS or SG Licence required.

Job Spec:

Carry periodic duties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions

Be present on the mall to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained

Conduct patrols covering all areas of the mall and service areas

Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden

Oversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices

Candidate requirements:

Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal

Good communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writing

Excellent time management

Smart well-groomed and confident

Conflict Management aware

High level of customer care awareness

Familiar with patrolling and monitoring from both a loss prevention aspect and health & safety

SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
