Job Description

POSITION Hand Assembly
JOB LOCATION Chippewa Falls Wisconsin
STARTING DATE August 2025
EMPLOYMENT TERM Long-term Short-term Temporary Seasonal
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (6:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday)
STARTING PAY $14.00 per hour with built in increases over time *Overtime Pay of $21 per hour for any hours worked 28 or more in a week

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
As an Assembler working in production you will be required to use manual dexterity skills to fold and glue parts and pieces as well as label and package items.
Responsibilities
- Standing at work table folding and gluing large pieces of corrugate.
- Standing at work table folding small pieces of corrugate into shelves.
- Assembling main structure of display on an assembly line
- Filling display with product
Qualifications
- Stand for the duration of your shift. Typically 7-8 hours
- Lift and or carry up to 25 pounds frequently during the shift
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Work in confined or congested areas at times
