Job Purpose
The Foundation Intern will support the mission of the Foundation Team by assisting with donor data clean-up and maintenance efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student or recent graduate with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The intern will play a critical role in improving the accuracy usability and integrity of donor records in our CRM database.

Work Schedule
10-15 hours per week with flexibility during Business hours Monday - Friday 8am- 4:30pm. This position is an onsite internship and is not eligible for remote work.The internship program begins on October 8th 2025 and concludes in December.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Audit and update constituent records remove or merge duplicates ensure consistent formatting and correct outdated contact info in DonorPerfect.

Assist with importing bulk data (e.g. contact lists event registrations) ensuring accurate mapping and deduplication.

Help document data-cleaning processes and suggest workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Attend weekly development team meetings and provide updates on data projects.

Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management Business Marketing Communications Data Science or a related field.
Experience:
Experience using Excel previous internship experience volunteer or coursework involving data entry or database systems preferred. Familiarity with donor databases (e.g. DonorPerfect Raisers Edge Salesforce NPSP) is a plus but not required.
