Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Shape financial planning strategy
As a Billing Analyst you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams processing customers invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Billing and Collections Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring invoice tracking reports for all North America billing ensuring all electronic invoices are successfully transmitted
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements
- Working with internal and external customers to ensure timely collections
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- 2years experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
- Display attention to detail having good IT Skills including experience of SAP
- Demonstrate knowledge/ experience of working in a Billing/Accounting environment
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills able to present to a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environment
- Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
