Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst Contract Lifecycle Management & Finance
We are looking for an experienced (5 years) Technical Business Analyst specifically on configuration management environment management version control and deployment management for Saas Solutions. Ideally with a deep understanding and extensive experience related to implementation of Alfa our new Contract Management system for DLL in Europe.
In this Technical Business Analyst role you will work closely together with the configuration team the integrations team and other DLL IT teams to ensure the best implementation of Alfa possible. Of course Alfa as supplier and implementation partner is also an important stakeholder for this role you will also be responsible for (setting up) release and environment management which becomes increasingly important particularly when running production in parallel with on-going implementation.
You will be part of the Alfa program team preparing for a successful go-live of the system in all the European markets. This is a multi-year program that will require of all involved a high level of endurance and commitment to make it a success.

Day to day:
Summary of main responsibilities:
Responsible for the setup and execution of configuration management environment and release management version control and deployment management.
Provide support to the configuration based on your experience and known best practices.
Implement guidelines for best practices and quality control in configuration (with Alfa) including a change control management process that fits both the Alfa way of working as DLL standards.
Use your experience to advise others (on request or on initiative.
Development of scripts for automated pipeline management.
Maintain the pipelines keeping up to date with infrastructure changes and latest practices.
Ensure embedment of IT requirements security compliance and non-functional requirements and considering architecture landscape and target state
Partner with external and internal service providers
Drive continuous improvement of delivery

Essentials:
5 Years of experience in a technical analyst role more specifically on configuration management environment management version control and deployment management.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
Self-starter and organizer able to organize own time capacity in relation to the Agile team backlog and other team members
Ability to work and coordinate across multiple teams
An absolute Team Player can establish working relationships within own and other self-organizing Agile teams
Reflects and actively seeks feedback on own performance to set Personal Development objectives.
