Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Support team performance training and development
- Assist in managing store operations and customer service
- Step in as manager-on-duty when required
You Bring
- 24 years of retail or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Passion for customer service and the Vans lifestyle
