Job Summary
Role: IT Senior Project Manager
Location: Austin TX 78751 - Hybrid - On Site and Telework ( Need Local to TX)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client : Triwave/ State of Texas (Texas Department of Family and Protective Services)
Need candidate who worked in State Experience and child welfare.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

| 8 | Required | Experience with enterprise level projects and initiatives leveraging best practices according to the industry standards in data management program management organizational change management or vendor coordination. |
| 5 | Required | Experience working independently with minimal supervision; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines. |
| 5 | Required | Strong analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills in data related projects. |
| 5 | Required | Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including executive leadership business subject area leaders and project staff. |
| 5 | Required | Advanced interpersonal skills: adept at quickly developing healthy relationships and ascertaining how to work with a variety of individuals at all levels. |
| 5 | Required | Excellent written and oral communication facilitation and presentation skills. |
| 1 | Required | Bachelors degree or equivalent work-related experience. |
