Job Description-: Need someone who has worked with the consulting companies.
We have a position we need to revisit and source for. Its the Payroll Lead position.
Highlights to note: the ideal candidate will have experience with large complex projects.
There is a lot of knowledge and band width needed for this role. Requires an ECP Certification (current not-expired). If they have an EC Cert as well that would be icing on the cake. A question to ask a candidate what is the largest project they have worked on how many on the team did they lead the team Also how many large complex projects have then actively concurrently worked on Even with our BIG projects there are instances where the Payroll Lead could be working on 2 (or more).
We have had candidates with good skillsets but they didnt have experience juggling multiple projects and not at our complexity level.
