Job Description
MercyOne Des Moines is looking for an INPATIENT LOCUM TO PERM provider
THIS JOB SHOULD NOT BE POSTED ON EXTERNAL JOB SITES (ie. Indeed Zip Recruiter etc.)
Schedule:
- October 2025 - ongoing
- 24 hour call 7a-7a
- Hospital based coverage
- ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
- Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day inpatient procedures and consults
- Adult only
- EMR: Cerner
- Would you consider a provider who can only do ERCP (not EUS) - Yes we will consider this
- Malpractice (must be included in rates)
- Orientation
- 24 Hour On Call
- Call Back
- Holiday (1.5x)
- Conversion Fee ($25k rate cap)
All providers submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position
Requirement description :
- Must be interested in Locum to Perm
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - REQUIRED
- Active IA License or IMLC - REQUIRED
- ACLS - REQUIRED
- Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient - REQUIRED
- ERCP - REQUIRED
- EUS - highly preferred
- COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
