Role: Level 2 Support - Enterprise Mobility (Fujitsu)

This position is for a Level 2 Support Specialist under the Enterprise Mobility domain focused on supporting Fujitsu environments. The role involves advanced troubleshooting asset lifecycle management and support for mobile and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware software and network issues.
- Support mobile devices and enterprise mobility platforms including MDM tools (AirWatch Azure).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in VDI environments using Citrix and VMware.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement tagging compliance and decommissioning.
- Utilize tools such as SCCM Altiris Bomgar TeamViewer and ServiceNow for support and asset management.
- Support desktop environments including Windows OS Microsoft Office and Active Directory.
- Coordinate with Level 1 support teams for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Document incidents resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL v4 processes and governance standards.
Required Skills and Tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and network domains.
- Experience with SCCM Altiris ServiceNow Bomgar Citrix VMware and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of mobile device management and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with VDI environments and remote desktop support tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- ITIL v4 Foundation
