Your Mission
- Take on exciting technical challenges while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
- Work independently or in a small team toinstall maintain and service our EOS systemsat customer sites across Israel with occasional short-term assignments at international customer locations.
- Conductcustomer briefings and hands-on trainings sharing your expertise with users on site.
- Providetelephone supportto customers and colleagues offering reliable advice and solutions based on your technical know-how.
- Participate incomprehensive training programs both locally and at our headquarters near Munich Germany to deepen your knowledge of our systems and cutting-edge technology.
Your Talents
- Degree within electrical/mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship or education in Mechatronics Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Excellent fault diagnosis skills with the ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams
- It would be a plus if you already have experience as a Field Service Engineer and in professional dealings with customers and complex machines preferable within the Additive Manufacturing industry
- You are based in Denmark Northern Germany or Southern Sweden with the flexibility (& a valid drivers license) to travel to customer sites.
- Excellent computer skills and accomplished command of written and spoken English
