Job Description
Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Electrical/ Heat Trace Engineer
Pnr: 22226
Job Description:
- Calculate select and oversee heat trace cable design
- Design and follow up on heat trace requirements per P&IDs and project solutions
- Input update and maintain heat trace engineering register
- Participate in inter-disciplinarymeetings and coordinate between fabrication and engineering teams
- Interface with other disciplines to ensure compliant reliable heat tracing solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or Technical College combined with minimum 12 years relevant experience with onshore and offshore facilities
- Ex course (to be renewed every 5 years) If candidate has no EX-certificate then the course must be taken as soon as possible after starting work.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the design and calculations of electrical heat-trace systems for offshore projects.
- Experience and deep knowledge of electrical design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK ATEX PTIL and IEC
- Familiar with Aveva E3D and NavisWorks
- Efficient communicator who communicate well in English - Both orally and in writing
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
- A natural team player but possess the ability to work independently
- Systematic and accurate with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
- Proactive seeking advice and share own experiences with others
- EX - Grunnleggende kurs
- FSE - med frstehjelp
