We are looking for a Senior Office Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment and supporting management with administrative and operational tasks. You will collaborate closely with internal teams coordinate office projects and initiatives and take ownership of processes to maintain high standards with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Ensure smooth daily in-office operations including meeting room coordination desk allocation and space planning.
- Oversee the preparation and hospitality for client visits (refreshments space readiness welcome arrangements).
- Coordinate breakfast coffee snacks and other on-site hospitality services.
- Manage vendor relationships contracts and service schedules.
- Supervise and ensure high standards of cleaning maintenance and facilities upkeep.
People Experience & Support
- Manage and administer employee social benefits and workplace perks.
- Ensure every new joiner enjoys a seamless onboarding experience from workspace setup to welcome communications.
- Partner with HR on onboarding offboarding and employee engagement activities.
Travel & Expense Administration
- Oversee employee travel arrangements including bookings itineraries and accommodations.
- Manage and process related travel expenses and reimbursements in a timely manner.
Finance & Administrative Oversight
- Administer the office operations budget ensuring accurate expense tracking and reporting.
- Approve and process invoices purchase orders and contracts for suppliers and service providers.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Events Culture & Team Building
- Plan and deliver company events celebrations and seasonal activities.
- Coordinate internal team-building activities to foster collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
- Support leadership in organizing company-wide meetings and off-site gatherings.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in office management facilities or operations coordination preferably in a senior capacity.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple operational areas with attention to detail and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong vendor management budgeting and event coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office; knowledge of expense and project management tools is a plus.
- Proactive leadership of cross-functional operational areas

- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
