Key Responsibilities:
As a Complex Front Office Employee youll play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the front desk. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Managing reservations via phone email and online platforms.
- Handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a high standard of service at all times.
- Assisting with F&B operations in the bar area including inventory management and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed.
Your profile
Were seeking a hospitality enthusiast who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
