ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst to become an integral member of our People Tech team that supports the efficient configuration operation and enhancement of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Workday HCM with advanced Report Writer skills. Additional experience in other Workday functionality and support such as Workday Studio Integrations Domain Security Talent Acquisition Performance Optimization Advanced Compensation Prism Analytics and People Analytics is beneficial.
Youll be responsible for:
Supporting key system functionality for Workday: managing system configuration integrations ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting user reported issues.
Building and maintaining advanced custom reports using Workday Report Writer leveraging calculated fields and other reporting functionalities.
Configuring maintaining and optimizing core Workday HCM modules.
Designing and implementing configurations to address changing business requirements in collaboration with HR and other stakeholders.
Configuring testing and deploying changes to Business Processes as business needs arise.
Supporting Data Governance principles by ensuring data quality security and compliance within the Workday system.
Monitoring and managing integrations between Workday and other business systems; troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborating with functional teams to understand requirements design solutions and execute process improvements within the Workday environment.
Performing routine Workday system maintenance staying up-to-date on new releases and features; evaluate and implement them as appropriate.
Providing end-user training create documentation and assist HR and other teams in utilizing Workday functionalities effectively.
Maintaining awareness of industry best practices and proactively recommend Workday enhancements aligned with organizational goals.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of Workday HCM experience including advanced report writing and understanding of Workday security
Proficient with Workday modules such as Talent Acquisition Integrations Advanced Compensation Prism or People Analytics
Deep understanding of Workdays security framework including domain and business process security policies to ensure appropriate access controls are applied while building and maintaining reports.
Technical knowledge and in-depth experience with Workday Report Writer building both simple and advanced custom reports (including matrix and composite reports).
Familiarity with calculated fields dashboards data integrations (EIBs/APIs) and security configurations.
Strategic proactive and user-focused approach to HRIS support and improvements.
Experience with complex organizations (private equity financial firms or multi-location/global companies) preferred
Bachelors degree in IT HR Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
Workday certifications a plus

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and office location. This position also may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a range of health & wellness benefits enhancing your overall compensation package.
