Yokogawa Corporation of America is seeking an Industry and Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This position will be responsible for creating thought leadership and lead generation for our industrial automation business in the ever-expanding segment of Energy and Sustainability including water and wastewater industries.
The Industry and Product Marketing Manager must be informed and capable of sharing their expertise with both internal and external audiences. They will collaborate with product management sales business development and executive leadership to advise future direction and determine success for Yokogawa in North America.
The Industry and Product Marketing Manager position is located in Newnan GA or Sugar Land TX with a hybrid working schedule including WFO & WFH flexibility.
Key Responsibility
Be the expert on the customer and market conduct market research and analysis and contribute to the strategic business plan for North America
Drive the creation of marketing and sales materials (articles presentations success stories interviews brochures webinar etc) for assigned products and industries
In collaboration with the larger Yokogawa marketing team own the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase business growth and brand awareness
Inform executive leadership on market product and technology trends that impact mid/long term business planning
Assist product management with positioning Yokogawa products systems and solutions within specific market segments
Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned industry segments and work in partnership with sales to achieve growth targets
Facilitate knowledge sharing between Yokogawa Corporation of American and other Yokogawa regional affiliates
Requirements:
Education
Bachelors degree (engineering preferred)
Required skills and experience
Able to work autonomously and be self-motivated for success
Be a team player and collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills
Can simplify and clarify complex ideas to broad and diverse audiences
Have the desire to consume and share knowledge
6 years of related industry experience
3 years in B2B marketing sales or product management experience
Typical Travel of 20-25%
Preferred experience
8 years of relevant industry or marketing experience
5 years of process automation experience
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
Experience with marketing automation systems such as Sales Force Pardot Marketo
