Residential Accounts Payable Clerk
Building and Land Technology BLT is seeking a Residential Accounts Payable Clerk to join ourteam in Stamford CT. The primary function of this role is to provide day to day accounts payable functions for BLTs portfolio of apartment Residential Accounts Payable Clerk would report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. This position is onsite at our corporate office.
Responsibilitiesof the Residential Accounts Payable Clerk
Sort code enter & match invoices against POs.
Obtain approvals issue checks obtain check signatures & mailing of checks.
Confirm vendor information is complete before paying invoices.
Review vendor statements to verify all invoices have been processed.
Track & review utilities log.
Scanning & filing of all residential A/P checks & invoices.
Set up and maintain all accounting files annually.
Responsible for neat and orderly file room.
Qualifications of the Residential Accounts Payable Clerk
1-3 years A/P data entry experience.
Experience with real estate accounting software.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Team player & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
